A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Library on March 10th, 2026, at 10AM. Bids are due to City Hall, 1409 Central Avenue, Nebraska City, NE 68410 before 2:00 PM on March 24, 2026. Plans can be secured from JEO Consulting Group, 402.435.3080 for a deposit of $200.00 or downloaded from www.jeo.com for a fee of $30.00.
