Welcome to the Nebraska City Citizens Request Center!

Use the Citizens Request Center form to report non-emergency issues within Nebraska City limits.

When you report an issue or have a customer service request, it is routed directly to the City Department or Division responsible for addressing it or to City staff who can help answer your questions and provide solutions. City staff respond during regular business hours. If you make a report after hours or on a holiday or weekend, staff will receive it the next business day. When you submit a report, you will receive an email acknowledging your request. You will be notified by email again when the work is completed or when the issue has been resolved.
